Introduction, service manual:

  • The information in this Service Manual covers the truck types BT WSX20 and WSX25.
  • The Service Manual is divided into four separate sections, which covers different kinds of information needed for servicing these truck types. The main subject for each of the sections are as described below.

Presentation of the pedestrian truck:

  • The trucks BT WSX20 and WSX25 are battery powered straddle
arm trucks solely to be operated by pedestrian operators when handling
pallets or similar load carriers in-doors. In its standard design
the truck is equipped with a steering arm with all the controls for
operating the truck within easy access.
  • The trucks has a maximum lifting capacity of 2000 lb and 2500 lb.
These trucks are equipped with a 24V electrical system and the
speed is regulated by means of a transistor controller to provide
infinite control of acceleration and speed while driving.
  • The forks are raised by means of a powerful hydraulic unit. The
control of the lift is done electrically with the push button on the
steering arm. Control of the lowering speed and the positioning of
the forks when stacking is done with the mechanical valve lever of
    the truck.
  • The truck can be fitted with different accessories including a battery-
pack, electrical lowering of the forks and hour meter/battery
indicator. The truck can also be fitted with stainless steel axles and
low temperature oil if it is to be used in cool conditions.
