General Information:

1. The steering priority valve is installed between the steeringiioader pump and the steering control valve.
2. The steering priority valve provides flow to the steering control valve as demanded by the rate the operator is turning the steering wheel up to approximately 76 Umin [20 gpm). The remainder of the pump flow is directed to the loader control valve.
3. The relief valve for the steering system is in a cartridge in the priority valve. The pressure setting of the relief valve is 18.4 to 19.3 bar (2665 to 2800 psi). See Section 5002 tor the procedure to check and adjust the pressure setting.
