• ENGINE – Run·ln or first 10 hours. Refer to engine
• HOIST GEARBOX – Monthly or every 250 hours manufacturer’s manual for all engine mainten- check oil level. Every 6 months or 1500 hours ance and adjustments. change oiL
• COOLING SYSTEM « Daily or every 10 hours check
• TRAVERSE GEARBOX – Monthly or every 250 hours coolant level in radiator. Every 2 months or 500 check oil level. Every 6 months or 1500 hours hours clean radiator fins. Every 6 months or 1500 change oiL hours drain and flush cooling system.
• HOIST WIRE ROPE « Weekly or every 50 hours.
• AIR CLEANER « Daily or every 10 hours check col- spec! for wear and general condition, Clean and lector. Monthly or every 250 hours remove and lubricate with SAE 10 motor oiL clean element. Replace after 5 cleanings.
• TRAVERSE WIRE ROPE – Weekly or every 50 hours
• WHEELS AND TIRES « Weekly or every 50 hours check tension. Do not lubricate. check inflation and general condition. Repack wheel bearings at regular intervals based on 14. OPERATOR’S CAB« Daily or every 10 hours clean usage. thoroughly. Check controls for proper operation.
