ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN
Hinweis für den Besitzer
Diese Betriebsanweisungen sollen den Bediener mit der Maschine und dem bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch vertraut
machen.
Das Handbuch enthält wichtige Informationen über die sichere, ordnungsgemäße und wirtschaftliche Bedienung der
Maschine. Das Einhalten dieser Anweisungen hilft dabei, gefährliche Situationen zu verhindern, Reparaturkosten
und Ausfallzeiten zu verringern, sowie die Zuverlässigkeit und Lebensdauer der Maschine zu erhöhen.
Das Handbuch muss durch die jeweiligen nationalen Regeln und Vorschriften für die Unfallverhütung und den Umweltschutz
ergänzt werden.
HINWEIS: Die Betriebsanweisungen müssen jederzeit in der Fahrerkabine der Maschine zugänglich sein.
Die Betriebsanweisungen müssen von allen Personen gelesen und angewendet werden, die Arbeiten mit oder an der
Maschine ausführen, beispielsweise:
• Bedienung, einschließlich Konfiguration, Fehlersuche im Zuge der Arbeiten, Pflege, Entsorgung von Betriebsmaterialien
oder Verbrauchsgütern
• Wartung (Inspektion, Servicearbeiten, Reparaturen) und/oder
• Transport
Zusätzlich zu den Betriebsanweisungen und obligatorischen Regeln und Vorschriften für die Unfallverhütung und den
Umweltschutz im Land des Anwenders und an dem Ort, an dem die Maschine eingesetzt werden soll, müssen die
allgemein anerkannten technischen Vorschriften für sicheres und ordnungsgemäßes Arbeiten eingehalten werden
(Entspricht der VDMA-Empfehlung „Betriebsanweisungen“)
Die Betriebsanweisungen richten sich an Spezialisten für Konstruktionsmaschinen. Diese können kein grundlegendes
Wissen vermitteln. Dieses kann beispielsweise in einer mehrtägigen Einweisung durch einen unserer qualifizierten
Mechaniker oder durch Teilnahme an einer unserer Schulungen für Bediener und Wartungspersonal erworben werden.
