Limpie las piezas metΓ‘licas con soluciΓ³n de limpieza adecuado para la limpieza estΓ‘ndar y a vapor. (salvo para los
cojinetes)
DespuΓ©s de limpiar, seque bien e inyecte aceite en todas las piezas.
TambiΓ©n inyecte aceite en los cojinetes ya secos.
InspecciΓ³n
Al desmontar las piezas, compruebe todas las piezas.
Si hay alguna pieza desgastada o daΓ±ada, sustitΓΊyala.
Inspeccione cuidadosamente para prevenir averΓas iniciales.
Cojinete
Sustituya los cojinetes sueltos.
Seque con aire los cojinetes antes de instalarlos.
Cojinete de agujas
Al insertar los cojinetes de agujas, tenga cuidado para no daΓ±arlos.
Aplique grasa a la secciΓ³n en la que se insertarΓ‘ el cojinete de agujas.
Marcha
Compruebe que no hay daΓ±os ni desgaste.
