GÉNÉRALITÉS

Ce manuel contient des informations importantes sur l’utilisation sans risques, le réglage et l’entretien du chariot élévateur Case.
L’index figurant à la fin de ce manuel permet de trouver des éléments spécifiques concernant la machine. Ce chariot élévateur est
conforme aux normes de sécurité actuellement en vigueur.
Utiliser ce manuel comme un guide. Le chariot élévateur reste un outil fiable aussi longtemps qu’il est utilisé et entretenu
correctement.
Ne pas utiliser cette machine ou laisser quelqu’un s’en servir ou en effectuer l’entretien avant d’avoir lu et compris les consignes de
sécurité, les méthodes d’entretien et les instructions d’utilisation contenues dans ce manuel. Seuls des opérateurs dûment formés et
ayant fait la preuve de leur capacité à utiliser et à effectuer l’entretien de ce matériel doivent être autorisés à s’en servir.
Ce chariot élévateur, muni de ses équipements standard et outils homologués, est conçu uniquement pour des travaux de
manutention de surface. Il n’est pas prévu pour le remorquage d’autres véhicules ou le transport de charges à grande vitesse.
Ne pas utiliser cette machine pour des travaux ou à des fins autres que ceux décrits dans ce manuel. Consulter un concessionnaire
ou Case Corporation pour s’informer des changements, ajouts ou modifications devant être effectués sur la machine pour la rendre
conforme aux réglementations et aux normes de sécurité d’un pays particulier. Toute modification non autorisée risque d’entraîner
des blessures graves, voire mortelles. Toute personne effectuant de telles modifications en assumera les conséquences.
Le manuel de l’opérateur doit toujours être rangé dans le compartiment prévu à cet effet sur la machine. Veiller à ce qu’il soit complet
et en bon état. S’adresser au concessionnaire pour obtenir des exemplaires supplémentaires, ainsi que pour toute information ou
assistance concernant la machine. Le concessionnaire dispose des pièces de rechange approuvées par Case Corporation. Les
concessionnaires disposent de techniciens qualifiés ayant reçu une formation approfondie sur les meilleures méthodes de réparation
et d’entretien de ce chariot élévateur.
