Benutzung dieser Maschine stellen Sie sicher, dass jeder Fahrer:
• Eine Unterweisung zur sicheren und korrekten Benutzung dieser Maschine erhalten hat.
• Er muss das Handbuch (die Handbücher) bzgl. der Maschine gelesen und verstanden haben.
• Er muss ALLE Sicherheitsaufkleber an der Maschine gelesen und verstanden haben.

Wartung des Baggers von CASE CONSTRUCTION liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung.
Diese Maschine wurde gemäß höchster Qualitätsstandards konstruiert und hergestellt. Sie entspricht allen geltenden
Sicherheitsvorschriften. Die Gefahr von Unfällen kann jedoch nie völlig ausgeschlossen werden. Aus diesem Grunde
müssen die Sicherheitsvorschriften und grundlegende Vorsichtsmaßnahmen genau eingehalten werden.
Lesen Sie dieses Handbuch aufmerksam durch und halten Sie sich genau an die Sicherheits-, Bedienungs- und Wartungsanweisungen,
um die mit der Benutzung und Wartung dieser Maschine verbundenen Gefahren zu vermeiden.
Die Standardzusatzgeräte und Arbeitsgeräte dieses Baggers wurden zur Durchführung sämtlicher Arbeiten (Erdbewegung,
Verschiebearbeiten) geschaffen. Zur Beförderung von Lasten (Rohren, Leitungen, Verschalungen, etc.)
sicherstellen, dass es für die Ausführung dieser Art von Arbeiten geeignet ist. Für diese Zwecke muss die Maschine
mit Sicherheitsventilen, einer Überlastanzeige, einer dem Gerätetyp und seiner Ausrüstung entsprechenden Lasttabelle
und einem Lastanschlagpunkt ausgestattet sein. Alle geltenden Gesetzesvorschriften sind streng einzuhalten.
Verwenden Sie diese Maschine nicht für andere Zwecke als in diesem Handbuch beschrieben. Falls Sie dieses
Gerät für Arbeiten einsetzen, die spezielle Ausrüstungen, Zubehörteile oder Werkzeuge nötig machen, wenden Sie
sich an Ihren CASE CONSTRUCTION-Vertragshändler, um sicherzugehen, dass die vorgenommenen Anpassungen
oder Änderungen mit den technischen Daten des Geräts vereinbar sind und den geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften
genügen.
Alle vom Hersteller nicht genehmigten Umbauten oder Anpassungen können die ursprüngliche Konformität des Geräts
mit den Sicherheitsanforderungen in Frage stellen.
Die Maschine muss in regelmäßigen Abständen überprüft werden, wobei die Häufigkeit dieser Kontrollen vom Einsatzbereich
abhängt. Den CASE CONSTRUCTION-Vertragshändler aufsuchen.
