Introduction to ACE FORCE :

• The electronic system ACE FORCE is a unique measurement system for vibratory rollers.
  Depending on the stiffness of the compacted material, the ACE FORCE system evaluates the load capacity of the
  compacted material, while continuously recording the soil stiffness with the Ammann Documentation System (ADS).
• The measurement of soil stiffness using the ACE FORCE system is similar to the static load test of soil by means of
  a plate, i.e. the test procedure to verify and confirm the soil compaction degree.
• The measured values of material stiffness as well as the optimum travel speed are continuously displayed on the
  display unit. The measurement of the soil stiffness operates in parallel with the control system and continuously
  informs about the condition of soil compaction.
• Introduction to the Ammann Documentation System (ADS)
• The ADS is used to log the soil bearing capacity (milinewton/meter or Thousand Pounds per Square Inch) of individual
  roller tracks and corresponds to international standards for Continuous Compaction Control (CCC).
• Besides performing a check on the homogeneity within a track, the increase in soil bearing capacity can also be
  determined by comparing several passes. If a noticeable increase can no longer be measured, the system indicates
  that the compaction is complete.
• The logged data can be printed out on the printer module and/or exported to a USB memory device for the purpose
  of the transfer to a PC.
• Using the optional obtainable software “ADS Evaluation Software” (for Windows PCs), the data can be reviewed,
  analyzed, saved, and printed.
