PROCEDURE FOR ADJUSTING THE PRESSURE LIMITER ON THE CONT ROLVALVE
Before any movement or hydraulic supply, check that all components are perfectly maintained,
hydraulically and electrically connected in accordance with the installation instmctions attached
to the kit.
1 —ADJUSTING THE FLOW
– Install a flovvmeter between the 2 valves at the end of the dipper (valves open a mark on the operating
nut parallel to the valve axis)
– Unscrew the locking knob of the flow regulator on the control valve block
– Screw In to reduce the flow, until the desired value is obtained WHILE RESPECTING THE
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED (do not exceed 50 l/min)
– Retlghten the knob and check thatthe adjusted flow has not changed
2 — ADJUSTING THE ANTI-SHOCK VALVES :
– Screw In the general pressure limiter of the control valve block (factory set to 180 bar) to the maximum
in order to avoid hampering the adjustment of the anti-shock valves
– Close the valves at the end of the dipper completely
– Connect 3 0-400 bar pressure gauge at port TP of the control valve (G1l4′ plug)
– Press down on the control pedal fully:
– Low position for port B
– High position for portA
