INSTRUCCIONES GENERALES
AVISO IMPORTANTE
Todas las intervenciones de mantenimiento o reparación citadas en este manual se deben efectuar exclusivamente
en la red de asistencia del Fabricante, respetando rigurosamente las indicaciones dadas y empleando,
cuando sea necesario, el utillaje específico previsto.
Todo aquél que efectúe las operaciones de intervención descritas sin respetar escrupulosamente las prescripciones
dadas será responsable de los posibles daños consecuenciales.
SUPLEMENTOS DE AJUSTE
Para efectuar un ajuste, seleccionar los suplementos de reglaje midiéndolos uno por uno con el micrómetro y
sumando sus valores respectivos, no confiar en la medición del paquete completo, que puede ser errónea, o
del valor nominal indicado para cada pieza.
RETENES PARA EJES ROTANTES
Para el montaje correcto de los retenes de cierre para ejes rotantes, respetar las siguientes advertencias:
— antes del montaje, sumergir media hora como mínimo el retén en el mismo aceite que va a cerrar;
— limpiar bien el eje y asegurar que la superficie de trabajo del retén sobre el eje no esté dañada;
— orientar el labio de cierre hacia el fluido. En caso de ser de labio hidrodinámico, las rayas se deben orientar
de modo que, considerando el sentido de rotación del eje, tiendan a enviar al fluido hacia el interior del elemento
cerrado;
— untar el labio de cierre con un producto lubricante (aceite o grasa preferentemente), y llenar de grasa la cavidad
entre el labio de cierre y el labio guardapolvo en los retenes de labio doble;
— introducir el retén en su alojamiento con ayuda de un útil adecuado con superficie plana de contacto, no se
debe golpear el retén de ningún modo;
— durante el montaje, comprobar que el retén está entrando perpendicular respecto al eje y, acabado el montaje,
comprobar que quede en contacto con el tope axial, si es necesario;
— para evitar que se dañe el labio de cierre del retén por contacto con el filo del eje, interponer una protección
adecuada durante el montaje.
