INTRODUCTION :

• This Handbook has been designed to serve as a guide to tbe safe and
  ‘icient operation of the DROTT INDUSTRIAL (AI) TRAVELIFI’. Strict
  Jherence to the recommendations contained within these pages will
  contribute to safer, more productive operation, reduce machine down-time,
  and increase the life span of component parts.
• Information contained herein pertains to the 250AI, 500AI, 850AI and
  Series TRAVELIFTS. Except for a few differences, which will be
  noted during the course of discussion, operating and maintenance procedures
  will be identical for the various units.
• The Book is divided into three sections, preceded by a general Section
  which covers safety precautions, machine specifications, and a general
  description of the units.
• Section I identifies the TRA VELIFT controls and their functions. It
  contains operational procedures, and run-in, starting and stopping
  procedures.
• Section II describes the procedures for making the various adjustments.
  Compliance with these procedures is extremely important to the safe,
  economical and efficient operation of the TRA VELIFT.
• Section III contains the SCHEDULED PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
  Q.EQUIREMENTS for the TRAVELIFT. It contains the necessary
  structions for fulfilling these requirements.
