ALLGEMEINE ANLEITUNG
WICHTIGER HINWEIS
Alle in diesem Werkstatt–Handbuch beschriebenen Wartungs– und Reparaturarbeiten sollten ausschließlich
von zugelassenen Werkstätten des Herstellers durchgeführt werden. Alle Anweisungen müssen sorgfältig
beachtet werden, und wo dies angegeben ist, sollten die angegebenen Spezialgeräte verwendet werden.
Jeder, der Service–Arbeiten durchführt, ohne diese Vorschriften sorgfältig zu beachten, ist für jeden
verursachten Schaden direkt verantwortlich.
AUSGLEICH MIT BEILAGSCHEIBEN
Wählen Sie bei jeder Einstellung die passenden Beilagscheiben aus, messen Sie jede davon mit einem
Mikrometer und addieren Sie die gemessenen Dicken. Verlassen Sie sich nicht auf dieMessung des gesamten
Beilagenscheiben–Pakets, da diese Messung falsch sein könnte, oder auf den für jede Beilagscheibe
angegebenen Nennwert.
DICHTRINGE FÜR SICH DREHENDE WELLEN
Zur korrekten Montage der Dichtungen für die Drehwellen halten Sie sich bitte an die folgenden Hinweise:
— Weichen Sie den Dichtring vor der Montage wenigstens eine halbe Stunde lang in demselben Öl ein, das
er in der Maschine abdichten soll;
— ReinigenSie dieWelle gründlich, und stellen sie sicher, daß dieArbeitsoberfläche derWelle nicht beschädigt
ist;
— Ordnen Sie den Dichtring so an, daß die Dichtlippe zur Flüssigkeit weist. Berücksichtigen Sie im Fall einer
hydrodynamischen Lippe die Drehrichtung derWelle und orientierenSie die Nuten so, daß sie dieFlüssigkeit
zur Innenseite des Dichtrings leiten;
— Beschichten Sie die Dichtlippe mit einer dünnen Schmiermittelschicht (lieber Öl als Fett) und füllen Sie bei
Doppellippen–Dichtringen den Spalt zwischen der Dichtlippe und der Staubschutzlippe mit Fett;
— Führen Sie den Dichtringmit einem geeignetenWerkzeug in seinen Sitz ein und pressen Sie ihnmit diesem
Werkzeug herunter. Klopfen Sie nicht mit einem Hammer oder einem Treibdorn auf den Dichtring;
— Achten Sie darauf, daß Sie den Dichtring senkrecht zu seinem Sitz einführen, während Sie ihn hineinpressen.
Nachdem der Dichtring sitzt, stellen Sie — sofern anwendbar –sicher, daß er das Druckelement berührt;
— Um eine Beschädigung der Dichtlippe durch die Welle zu verhindern, montieren Sie während der Montage
eine geeignete Schutzvorrichtung.
