INTRODUCTION :

• The Case W-5A Loader is an economical, rubber tired, front end
  Loader designed for the small contractor, cement and block factories,
  municipalities, coal and lumber yards, dock areas, warehouses,
  foundries, factories and public utility companies where a small
  loader can be advantageously used because of space limitations or
  as a utility machine.
• The rugged combination of a Case Engine and Power-Reversing
  Transmission with four speed ranges forward and four speed ranges
  reverse, provides a working speed adaptable to all of the above uses.

Case Engine :

• The Case W-5A Loader is powered by a four cylinder spark ignition
  engine which features heavy duty, precision construction. This
  engine is noted for its quiet operating characteristics and economy
  of operation.
• Torque Converter and Hydraulic Power Shuttle Transmission
  The torque converter provides smoothness of operation, ease of
  handling and eliminates gear shift guess work. Because torque is
  multiplied automatically, the engine power is fitted to the load more
  efficiently and only four speed ranges are necessary for maximum
  performance, because the torque converter provides an infinite number
  of speed ratios in each range.
