OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS:
– Use lubricant of NLGI No. 00-0 or 1 consi tency
lviain timer should be adjusted for 20M,lubrica:bion cycle
for regular shovel operation.
– Air regulator to pneumatic pump should be set f0r ap2roximately
50 psi. gauge pressure. This can be increased for faster system operation or for oper3tion in
extreme cold temperatures.
– Check injector assemblies for proper operation – wee’.dy or
whenever possible as follows:
– Operate system by manual control of time clock.
– Close hand valve in mainline when pump stalls
-Make visual check of injecto:r assemblies indicator pin should be down or in
20 Open mainline valve to relieve pressure in system and bleed air from pump
