FOREWORD:

• This manual establishes guidelines and furnishes general instructions for the operation
  of the 380-W Walking Dragline.
• The 380-W consists of three major units; the lower works, the rotating deck, and the front end
  equipment. The lower works is made up of the base, the swing rack, the roller circle and the
  center pintle.
• The rotating deck consists of the revolving frame sections and the supporting trusses.
• The revolving frame sections contain all the machinery and controls to operate the machine.
• The machinery house encloses the revolving frame with the exception of the walking cams and
  shoes. The operator’s cab mounts to the right front of the revolving frame.
• The front end equipment consists of the mast, boom, structural strands, fairlead, running ropes,
  and the dragline bucket.
