General Description
The pump is a hydraulic two-section gear pump driven by a 37 kW water-cooled AC motor. The primary circuit A1 pump delivers 145 l/m @ 175 bar and the secondary circuit A2 pump delivers 30 l/m @ 35 bar.
Pump direction is critical to its operation and must be correct for pump flow and pressure to be obtained. The pump must run in a clockwise direction when looking towards the drive end of the motor.
The hydraulic pump is required to be running for all functions of the machine. The traction system also requires the pump contactor to be closed, prior to 110V power being supplied to the traction power modules.
It is therefore the first drive that the operator starts.
