1.1 Allgemeines

In dieser Anleitung ist die Vorgehensweise für das Ausrüsten der Pressen VARIANT 260/280, VARIANT 350/370 (Presse mit 5 Riemen) und VARIANT 360/365/380/385 (Presse mit 4 oder 5 Riemen) mit geklebten Riemen beschrieben. Der Austausch beschädigter Riemen durch geklebte Riemen kann entweder teilweise erfolgen (1 bis 4 Riemen, je nach Typ der Presse) oder komplett (ein Komplettsatz von 4 oder 5 Riemen, je nach Typ der Presse). Unbedingt die in der Betriebsanleitung der Presse beschriebenen Sicherheitsvorschriften befolgen

2.1 Wichtig
2.1.1 Allgemeines

Um Unfällen vorzubeugen, muss diese Anleitung von allen Benutzern der Maschine sowie von den für Wartung, Pflege oder Kontrolle zuständigen Personen gelesen werden. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit sollte dem Kapitel “Sicherheitshinweise” der Betriebsanleitung zur Maschine gelten. Die im Verwendungsland jeweils gültigen Vorschriften zur Verhütung von Unfällen sollten beachtet werden. Vor Arbeitsbeginn ist darauf zu achten, dass alle benötigten Geräte und das Zubehör bereit stehen. Den Typ der vorliegenden Maschine oder des Zubehörteils mit dem Satz der gelieferten Teile vergleichen. Die Liste befindet sich im Abschnitt “Stückliste”. Die Liste „Stückliste“ enthält die Spezifikation der Teile, z. B. der Schrauben. Jedes einzelne Anbauteil wird in dieser Liste durch eine Positionsnummer gekennzeichnet (Pos.-Nr.). Zur besseren Unterscheidung sind in den Montageanleitungen die bereits vorhandenen Teile durch Buchstaben gekennzeichnet, die neuen Teile hingegen durch Nummern (Pos.-Nr.). Beschreibungen und Abbildungen sind so allgemein wie möglich gehalten. Typen-Unterschiede sind in den Beschreibungen besonders vermerkt. Angaben zu technischen Daten, Maßen und Gewichten sind unverbindlich, Irrtümer und technische Änderungen im Rahmen technischer Weiterentwicklung vorbehalten. Die Angaben vorn, hinten, rechts und links sind immer auf die Fahrtrichtung der Maschine bezogen

1.1 General points

This manual describes the procedure for fitting bonded belts to VARIANT 260 / 280, VARIANT 350 / 370 (5 belt baler) and VARIANT 360 / 365 / 380 / 385 (4 or 5 belt baler) balers. Damaged belts can be replaced partially with new belts (from 1 to 4 belts, depending on baler type) or completely (complete set of 4 or 5 belts, depending on baler type). It is essential to follow the safety advice given in the baler manual

• To prevent accidents, these instructions must be read by everyone who uses the machine and who deals with maintenance, servicing or inspection. Pay particular attention to the “Safety advice” section in this manual, and observe the accident prevention regulations applicable in the country of use. Before starting work, ensure that all tools and equipment are to
• hand. Compare the existing machine/accessories types with the list in the “Parts kit” section and the delivered spare parts kit. The specification of the parts, eg. for bolts, can be found in the list headed “Parts kit”. In this list, every part to be fitted has a position number (pos.-no.). In the fitting instructions, existing parts are marked with letters and new parts with
• numbers (position numbers) for easier orientation. Texts and pictures have been kept neutral whenever possible. Text references indicate the differences between the individual machine types. Technical specifications, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. Following CLAAS’s policy to improve its products as technical developments continue, CLAAS reserves the right to make alterations. Responsibility for errors or omissions not accepted. Front, rear, right-hand and left-hand always refer to the machine as seen in the direction of forward travel
