1 General and Maintenace
1.1 Introduction

• Series production of the CL 19 Transfer Case began in May 2002. This model contains two speed gears which are engaged hydraulically.
• The main power input is via two Hydro motor connections fitting HMV 165 or HMV 135.
• The output for the front axle is via a DIN Ø150 Flange and is permanent.
• The output for the rear axle is also via a DIN Ø150 Flange, but can be turned off (all wheel drive shift). The transfer case has an all-wheel drive release shifting.
• This is a claw coupling which does shifted via hydraulic line. The rear axle drive can be turned off during motion and under power.
• The turning on of the rear axle drive is also possible while in motion and under power, but not when the wheels are slipping
