EINLEITUNG

Diese Anleitung beschreibt einen sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zum Nachrüsten des Rotor-Regeltriebes. Bei dem Nachrüstsatz ET-Nr. 181 513.0 ist CEBIS Vorraussetzung. Die Mähdrescher LEXION 480 / 470 und LEXION 485 R / 480 R / 475 R / 470 R / 460 R können ab folgendem Maschinennummernbereich nachgerüstet werden: 54500011, 54600011, 54800011, 56500800, 56600800, 56700800, 56800800. Die Montagerichtzeit beträgt ca. 10 Mannstunden. Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.1 aufgeführt. Die Hinweise »Zur Sicherheit« aus der aktuellen Betriebsanleitung müssen beachtet werden.

INTRODUCTION

These instructions describe the safe and timesaving work sequence for retrofitting the rotor variable speed drive. CEBIS is a precondition for the supplementary kit parts no. 181 513.0. Retrofitting of the LEXION 480 / 470 and LEXION 485 R / 480 R / 475 R / 470 R / 460 R combine harvesters, is possible from the following machine number ranges: 54500011, 54600011, 54800011, 56500800, 56600800, 56700800, 56800800. The standard mounting time is approx. 10 man hours. See page 4.1 for the shipping package. Observe the »Safety Rules« in the applicable operator’s manual.

Cette notice décrit une procédure de travail sûre et économique, pour le montage ultérieur de la commande du variateur du rotor. Le système CEBIS est la condition préalable pour le jeu d’équipement supplémentaire réf. 181 513.0. Les moissonneuses-batteuses LEXION 480 / 470 et LEXION 485 R / 480 R / 475 R / 470 R / 460 R peuvent être équipées ultérieurement, à partir des numéros de machine suivants: 54500011, 54600011, 54800011, 56500800, 56600800, 56700800, 56800800. Le temps de montage alloué s’élève à environ 10 homme-heures. Les pièces contenues sont mentionnées à la page 4.1. Il est impératif de respecter les »Consignes de sécurité« figurant dans la présente notice d’utilisation.
