INTRODUCTION

• This operator’s manual provides information pertaining to the use, adjustment, setting and operation of the CLAAS disc mower.
• Also observe that in the following chapters, the CLAAS disc mower unit is also called machine or just mower unit. Follow advice on correct maintenance and servicing to ensure maximum performance and a long service life of your machine. In addition, assembly of your machine and regular inspections must be carried out by your specialist workshop.
• Failure to carry out maintenance work, or incorrect operation will result in poor machine efficiency and loss of valuable time. Make use of the experience and latest knowledge embodied in this machine by operating and maintaining it properly, then your cutting mechanism, mower unit will always produce good results.
