INTRODUCTION :

The present manual describes how to fit the CLAAS Terra-Trac to the combine harvesters CLAAS LEXION 480 / 460 MTS. This manual only applies when used in combination with the “Combine Harvester Manual”.

Safety decals with pictorials :

Safety pictorials are attached to the danger zones of the machine. These safety signs help to alert persons to hazards which can cause personal injury. The pictorials provide instructions to avoid the hazard. These safety signs, their location on the machine and a brief explanatory text are shown on the following pages.

• The CLAAS part number of every decal is stated ahead of the text. The figures in ( ) refer to the adjacent picture and indicates the correct location of the decal on the machine.
• Safety signs that are damaged or cannot be recognized any more must immediately be replaced by new ones. When parts are replaced that have decals, always make sure to install the relevant new decals with each new part.
