These conversion instructions are for the CLAAS Lexion 480, Lexion 470 and the Lexion 460 – 405 range of combine harvesters.
The conversion instructions explain the correct method of machine side installation for
– Grain to maize, corn cob mix (CCM) harvesting equipment
And from:
– Maize, corn cob mix (CCM) to grain harvesting equipment.

• For the correct operation of the machine, then please refer to the relevant operators book. The shipping package is shown on page 4.1.1 Each part has a number. The part specification e.g. for bolts is also stated in the “shipping package”.
• The list gives the dimensions and the quantity of the bolts as well as the parts belonging to it, like nuts and contact washers. Text and pictures apply in general to all the machine types covered by this book and the information given applies equally, except where reference is made to a particular model in captions to the pictures or in the main text.
