INTRODUCTION

• These instructions describe the safe and timesaving work sequence for conversion of the multi coupling on the cutterbars. The following cutterbars for the combine harvesters LEXION 580 – 510 can be retrofitted with the conversion kit parts no. 0517 965.0:
• Soy cutterbar F 20 – F 30: starting from 43801205 up to 43801330, Soy cutterbar 4.50 – 9.00 m, starting from 44000059, Grain cutterbar G 25 – G 30 starting from 70700266, Grain cutterbar 7.50 – 9.00 m, starting from 71100000, Vario cutterbars 5.40 – 9.00m, starting from 71200000, Grain cutterbar 3.90 – 9.00 m, starting from 71400000
• The standard mounting time is approx. 1.5 man hour. See page 4.1 for the shipping package. Observe the „Safety Rules“ in the applicable operator’s manual.
