1 Introduction
1.1 General information
1.1.1 Safety

► Work may be carried out only by a qualified authorized workshop with trained technical staff.

► Observe the general safety, accident prevention and environmental protection regulations.

► Before starting work on the machine, read and observe the safety instructions provided in the Operator’s Manual and the safety decals on the machine.

► Carry out any work only with the drive shut down and the engine stopped! – Remove the ignition key!

► Carry out work underneath a raised machine/front attachment or raised components only if a safe support is provided

► Before working on the hydraulic system, lower the machine/front attachment and hydraulic components down. Depressurize the system.

► Relieve the pressure of pre-loaded energy accumulators (springs, accumulators, hydraulic cylinders) and of components pressurized by energy accumulators according to regulations prior to starting installation work!

► When replacing parts carrying a safety decal, ensure that the corresponding safety decals are applied to the new parts.

► Refit any dismounted safety devices and other parts prior to putting the machine into operation and move them to their protective position.

► When installation is complete, check if all bolts are tightly seated. Carry out a functional check.

► The dimensions are metric dimensions. The corresponding U.S. dimension are provided in brackets.
