INTRODUCTION
These instructions describe the installation of the
returns monitor. The yield meter and CEBIS system
are required for the kit, part no. 014 614.0.
The kit only applies from the following machine
numbers : 55300800 (450), 55400800 (460),
56500800 (460 R & 470 R), 56700800 (475 R),
56600800 (480 R), 56800800 (485 R)
The standard installation time is approximately
1 man hour.
See page 4.1 for the kit contents.

operator’s manual

General information IMPORTANT

The instructions contained in this manual should
be carefully read and observed by all persons who
are concerned with the operation, maintenance
and inspection of this machine/front attachment in
order to prevent accidents. The «Safety Rules» in
the operator’s manual should be read with the care
and adhered to.
Before beginning the job, ensure that all the tools
and service aids are available. Compare existing
machine type with the list in the chapter «Kit
Contents» and the parts kit supplied.
The specification of the components, e.g. bolts, is
shown on the Kit contents. The kit contents shows
the position number (pos. no.) of the components.
Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not
have a position number but belong to the bolt
listed above which does have a position number.
Additional part specifications are the part no.,
description, measurements, DIN and the quantity.
In order to help with the assembly, existing
components in the instructions are identified with
letters, whereas new parts have been identified
with a number (position number).
Texts and pictures apply, in general, to all machine
types covered by this book and the information
given applies equally, except where reference is
made to a particular model in captions to the
pictures or in the main text.
Technical data, dimensions and weights are given
as an indication only. CLAAS reserves theright to
make changes subsequently as technical developments

direction of forward travel.
