INTRODUCTION

These instructions show you how to fit the CLAAS Sunflower attachments for MEGA, MEDION and DOMINATOR cutterbars. The shipping package is listed on page 4.1. The numbering matches the order in which the components are attached

Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not have part numbers.
• These parts are listed under the part number for the screws with which they are fitted. Further information with regard to the parts is the spare parts no., description, dimensions, the DIN and the quantity. To make the installation instructions clearer, existing parts are labelled with letters while new parts are labelled with numbers (part numbers).
• Texts and illustrations apply, in general, to all machine types. Notes and comments will alert you to any differences between individual types. Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only.
• CLAAS reserve the right to make changes at a later date as technical developments continue. Responsibility for errors or omissions not accepted. The indicator boards “front, rear, right and left” are always in direction of travel (forwards).
