1. USER INSTRUCTIONS
GENERAL INFORMATION
This use and maintenance handbook will guide you in coming to grips with your machine, its use and its maintenance. To keep your machine in perfect and reliable condition for as long as possible, make sure you carry out all scheduled maintenance operations. If you use it daily, make sure you lubricate it once a week.
IMPORTANT:
Check the tightness of the bracket after 10, 50 hours then every 100 hours. All the screws needing to be retightened must be inspected, changed if necessary, cleaned and smeared with loctite. Tighten the screws to the tightening torque specified in the table below.
2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
β Prior to use, the operator must make sure that no-one is in the area in which the feeding bucket will be operating.
β Pay extreme care to persons passing near protruding instruments.
β All operations on the silage bucket must be performed by the driver who, when leaving his seat, must strictly forbid
manoeuvres during this time.
1. A single operator.
2. The tractor engine must be switched off prior to all operations on the bucket. All loader and bucket controlsmust
be in neutral
β It is prohibited to use the silage bucket for transporting or lifting people or animals.
β The silage bucket is designed to work at a maximum pressure of 200 bar.
β The hydraulic power source must be able to supply a pressure of 180 bar.
β If the seals are damaged, manufacturerβs liability with regard to its supply (in its entirety) will no longer be applicable.
β Never modify the hose connections
Use of the silage unloading rotor:
β Prior to use, remove the protective casing.
β Caution: for safety reasons, it must only be possible for the rotor to start up if 2 distinct units operated by maintained
action are activated (e.g.: solenoid valve control button + action on the control valve lever).
