INTRODUCTION TO THE REPAIR TIME SCHEDULE

This document is intended for the CLAAS dealer network and gives the time required to carry out maintenance/repair operations on the AXOS from 31 O to 340 range of tractors, these times are brokendown as follows:

· Dem: time required to remove a component
· Rep: time required to refit a component
· Adj: time required for inspection/adjustment
· Total: overall removal/replacement/inspection/adjustment time for a given operation
· lnd: this column enables the insertion of an index referring to a note at the end of the time schedule.

limes are expressed in hundredths of an hour rounded to the nearest ¼ of an hour. No operation therefore takes less than 0.25 H. The times given apply to the AXOS from 31 O to 340 range for operations carried out in accordance with the methods recommended in the repair manual. Any operation where times differ will be identified either by an index: A, B, C, D.
