The CLAAS-Service Time Schedule is Π° valuaΠ«e assistance to every CLAAS-Dealer when it comes to calculating costs. They also Π΅ΠΏΠ°Π«Π΅ to estimate costs for the more extensive repairs and to arrange Π° post season overhaul scheme for the comblnes sold Π¬Ρ the dealer. ln order to carry out Π° service procedure in the specified time it is necessary to have Π° well equipped workshop and service-vans, the complete CLAAS-Special Tool Kit and well trained mechanics with experience in CLAAS products.
- The service jobs have Π¬Π΅Π΅ΠΏ carried out and timed ΠΎΠΏ completely assemΠ«ed machines. Thus, the time required for removal of guards and for supporting or lifting the machine with suitaΠ«e etc., is always included where such jobs have to Π¬Π΅ done. 8
- For lifting and supporting the machine only equipment like stands, hoists and jacks, as ΡΠ°ΠΏ Π¬Π΅ found in Π°ΠΏΡ workshop, has Π¬Π΅Π΅ΠΏ used. 8 The time required for preparatory work like cleaning the machines, collecting the tools and spare parts which may Π¬Π΅ necessary for the actual job to Π¬Π΅ carried out, are not taken into account.
- 8 The list of timed service procedures has Π¬Π΅Π΅ΠΏ arranged to cover main groups, sub-assemΠ«ies, and individual components. For easy reference both, the part number and the mane of the components are quoted. 8 The column “Mechanics” indicates how many men are required to do the job.
