INTRODUCTION :

• This manual describes the safe and time-saving procedure for performing installation using the assembly set Spare Part No. 905 875.0 (CONSPEED) and Spare Part No. 905 688.0 (dismantling the CONSPEED).
• Please read this manual thoroughly before starting work! Pay particular attention to the »General Information « section.

The following machines can be converted:
Maize picker:
CONSPEED 8 (model 907 / 911)
CONSPEED 6 (model 908 / 912)

• The package lists are to be found on page 4.1 and page 4.2. Before starting work make sure that the mounting kit is complete.
• The “Shipping package” list is also considered a supplement to the spare parts list. Dispose of old parts that are not used in the conversion properly.

The instructions set forth in this manual must be read carefully and followed by all persons concerned with the operation, maintenance, repair or inspection of this machine/front attachment in order to prevent accidents. Read and understand especially the »General Information« section and the chapter on »Safety« in your operator’s manual. Observe the pertinent accident prevention regulations of your country.

• Before starting work make sure that you have all the required tools and equipment. Compare the existing machine or front attachment model, the description in the »Shipping package« section and the supplied set of parts. The specifications of the parts, such as screws and bolts, can be found in the »Shipping package «. Every part has an item number (Item no.) in this list.
• Additional information on the parts is provided by the part no., the number, the dimensions, the ISO/DIN and the application. In the assembly descriptions existing parts are identified with letters and new parts with numbers (item numbers) for ease of orientation. Text and pictures are kept as neutral as possible. Text notes call attention to differences in the specific types. Technical specifications, dimensions and weights are understood with the usual tolerances.
• Forwards, backwards, right and left are always in the direction of travel. IDENTIFICATION OF WARNINGS AND DANGERS In this manual all text passages or graphics concerning your safety and the safety of the machine/ front attachment have been marked with the following symbols.
