• In order to help with the assembly, existing components in the instructions are identified with letters, whereas new parts have been identified with a number (position number).
• Texts and pictures apply, in general, to all machine types covered by this book and the information given applies equally, except where reference is made to a particular model in captions to the pictures or in the main text.
