Directives for Spare Parts orders
Orders are to be addressed to the competent dealer, and should include the following specifications:
1 . Machine type and chassis number
2. Part number and designation of desired parts
3. Quantity desired
4. Exact address with PZN
5. Forwarding instructions
In case of dispatch by railway specify also station

• The illustrations given in Spare Parts Lists and microfiches do not correspond always to the original part since it could occur that the latter has been modified after the ultimate impression of the List.
• For parts whose order number cannot be found out, you should enclose a sample in order to avoid any wrong delivery.
• Not reclaimed samples will be scraped. Early maintenance works, already during Winter, save time and money

Please note:

• Reprints of Spare Parts Lists or new microfiches replace former editions. The new lists and microfiches include all technical changes introduced during the whole development of the machines concerned.
• Spare Parts Lists and microfiches cannot issue simultaneously, due to different times being required for elaboration. Indeed, microfiches can be completed faster and, as required, at shorter intervals, and are consequently more topical than spare parts lists.

Tips on Hydraulics and P.T.O. Shaft Parts

• In case of repair of a hydraulic cylinder or control apparatus we recommend to replace the packings only. For all other parts, please make request for an exchange cylinder or control apparatus.
• When fitting, shorten to the required length profiled tubes, protection tubes and funnel shaped guards.
