1 Connect the ring on the Lever to Pin (1)20

4 Pull the Lever to compress the tensioning device When the Bar Holder is in the right position20
5 Remove the saw chain20
6 Install new saw chain and slowly pull the lever until the locking device on the tool disengages20
7 Remove the tool20
8 Operate the saw carefully a few times to secure the pressure in the chain tensioning device I20
9 Problems to replace the saw chain can appear depending on saw dust or other debris in the groo20
Replacing Saw Bar21
1 Place the unit steady on the ground with the SuperCut unit facing up(Where possible)21

3 Loosen the Hex Nuts(5) , use a 36 mm wrench, until you are able to pull out the saw bar See F21
4 Install the saw bar and tighten the Hex Nuts(5)21

4 Remove and plug all hydraulic connections from the saw motor27
5 Remove the fasteners (3), 16 pcs use a 6 mm Allen key27
6 Remove the fasteners (5), 6 pcs use a 10 mm Allen key27
7 Remove two of the fasteners (4) for the tension device (1), and assemble the hex hd screws on27
8 Connect the puller bolt to the threaded hole in the saw motor shaft27
9 Use tool P/N 0704040 to hold the puller bolt (2) still, while turning the nut (3) counter cloc27
1 Carefully clean both the saw motor and the saw unit bearing to keep dirt out of the swivel28
2 Assemble the puller according to the following figureSee Fig 3428
3 Connect the puller bolt to the threaded hole in the saw motor shaft28
4 Use tool P/N 0704040 to hold the puller bolt still, while turning the nut clock wise with a wr28
5 Remove the puller28
