• When lifting ог supporting the engine, do not attach the jack to the oil pan. Use an engine pallet, wooden frame, etc., to support the engine with the engine foot ог flywheel housing.
• When the air intake/exhaust system has been removed, apply а seal to prevent foreign materials from entering the cylinder. Entry of foreign materials causes significant damage to the cylinder etc.
• Ве sure to remove the negative terminal (-) of the battery during maintenance. Take adequate precautions for safety, such as short circuits, when inspections require an energized state.
• То protect and lubricate the sliding parts, apply an adequate amount of engine oil to the sliding parts.
• When the valve related parts, pistons, piston ring connecting rod, bearing, injector, etc. have been removed, organize them in order for storage.
• When installing, use the same part and install it in the same position as when it was removed.
• Completely wipe off old liquid gasket from the locations where it is used. After cleaning to completely remove any oil, moisture and filth, apply the specified liquid gasket for reassemЫy.
• After applying the liquid gasket, assemЫe within 5 minutes. lf 5 minutes have passed, remove the old liquid gasket and apply liquid gasket again.
• When assemЫing and installing, tighten at the specified torque value.
• Do not use any fallen ог strongly bumped sensors ог injection system parts. Otherwise they will cause failures.
