2-3 New function

(1) Outline

• The GRAND BEETLE Series are equipped with new auto accel mechanism as a standard.

• When working at high idling in each mode, if the engine stops the engine speed reduces automatically

. • There are no auto accel switch and release switch around the operator’s seat, all of them are controlled automati­ cally.

• To release the auto accel function, change the following connectors for maintenance. And carry out the service inspection under this condition, and after inspection return it to the original position.

(2) Operating procedure

• When the attachment and travel lever control pauses for 4 seconds, the respective low pressure sensor sends the signal to governor motor through the mechatro controller, and the governor motor has the engine speed reduced to the auto accel speed 1,050 rpm.

• The engine speed returns to the set value by regulating the accel dial. That is, the engine speed gradually rises, and finally returns to the set engine speed by accel dial.

Note : When the accel dial set position is lower than the auto accel speed, the speed is set to the speed corresponding to the accel dial set position. (Eg.: At low idling)

(3) Connector installing position for maintenance

The connector installing position is the left control box rear side and in the resin cover.
