•  In “General”. specifications, operation and troubleshooting. are explained. An attempt is made at explaining the machine as a whole unit.
•  In “Systems”. the role and interrelationship of the components in each system are explained. This section also contains procedures for maintenance and information needed for removing/installing each component.
•  In “Components“, function, operation and procedures for assembly disassembly and repair information are explained in detail.
•  In “Procedures”. the procedures for installing and modifying parts other than standard specification as explained.

It is recommended that this manual is feed thoroughly in order to improve your knowledge of the machine. For maintenance and inspection items of the machine. please refer to the appropriate sections in the “Operator’s Manual” and “Record on Periodical Voluntary Inspection” (furnished separately with delivery of this machine).

• This manual is based on the latest information at time of printing, However, there may be some discrepancies in contents and descriptions due to constant machine improvement. Your Kobe Steel areas representative will have the latest available information. We will periodically issue revised edition to keep you updated.
• In this manual. various parts were numbered for the stake of explanation. These numbers, however, is valid only in this manual. Do not use to order a repair part. To order a part. please obtain correct part numbers from the Re. placement Parts Manual for specific machine serial number.
• Never use numbers in any of the diagrams in this manual for ordering parts; always use the relevant Replacement Parts Manual.
