1. SECTION MODIFIED AND NEW FUNCTION OF MINOR-CHANGED MACHINES
The switch should Ье operated gradually, about 1 second of operating interval, when the “Service Diagnosis” or “Failure History” is displayed.
1. Changing the control of hydraulic pump
• The mechatro negative control is changed into the [mechatro positive control.]
2. AII operating switches are put together оп the gauge cluster.
• Work mode selector switch • Buzzer stop switch • Working light switch
• Washer switch • Wiper switch • Decel (Auto-accel) switch ]
Decel (Auto-accel) switch is newly estaЬlished.
This is in auto-accel switch type, and the function is the same as that of the machines in Dynamic ACERA
Series before the minor change has been carried out.
3. The pressure release function is newly estaЫished in the hidden mode.
• The operating procedure is the same as that of the machines in Grand Beetle Series after the minor change
has been carried out.
4. Self-diagnosis display
• The pressure оп both sides is indicated with the “SWING RIGHT SENSOR” because only one swing pressure
sensor is installed.
• The indications of “DRAINING HYD. PRESS” and “FAIL DRAIN HYD. PRESS” аге added.
• The indications of “WARM WARMING UP” and “WARM FINISH” are standard specification in КСМА, КСМЕ
and СКСМ but is not set in South East Asia, are in option in Oceania and Middle East.
5. Service diagnosis display
• The unit of displayed pressure is changed from kgf/cm2 to МРа.
• The program version is changed and indicated Ьу 00.00.
6. Failure history display
• The failure оп the right swing and left swing pressure sensors are both indicated Ьу the “SWING RIGHT
SENSOR”.
• The failure of G-4 “E/G COOL ТЕМР” and “G-5 E/G OIL PRESS” are additionally indicated.
7. Adding setting function.of accumulated time
• The “Fuel filter replacement time”, “Hydraulic oil filter replacement” and “Hydraulic oil change time” are
added in addition to the “Engine oil change time”.
• The setting procedure is the same as that of the engine oil, and repeat the procedure D to G seeing the
display of each item.
8. The normal display оп the gauge cluster is changed from ОК to “Clock display”.
• lt is necessary to adjust the time.
