(1) Check the oil level and the water level at each part to supply them.

• Cooling water amount
• Engine oil level in pan and Brake oil level in tank
• Hydraulic oil level in tank
• Fuel level
• For the gauge level, oil and water reference amounts, see the “Operation and Maintenance Manual
  2) Bleed air from the piston pump.
  Refer to the Field Installation Instruction No. 920-0770.
  (3) Start the engine.
  1. Forthe starting method, refer to the “Operation and Maintenance Manual”.
  *Also, check how to stop the engine.
  2. Idle the engine at a low speed for 10 minutes.
  *Do not operate the control lever during the low idling.
  *When finding oil leak or hearing abnormal noise, stop the engine immediately.
  4) inspection after stopping engine
  * Check if there is any oil leak.
  (5) Bleed air from the hydraulic circuit of the work equipment.
  Refer to the Field installation Instruction No. 920-0770.
  (6) Carry out this work prior to attaching the boom assembly.
