Foreword:

This spare parts list is idended to help you care for, maintain, and repair your truck crane.
With the aid of the illustrations you will be able to see how your crane is put together,
indentify the different parts, and order spare parts with the help of the spare parts lists
accompanying each illustration.
This also applies to accesries, tools and documentation.
Make sure that your spare parts list Is always up-to-date and complete, and keep it carefully
so that it does not become illegible.
– If you have to write in the catalogue, make sure that you can still read the original information.
– Never lend pages to other people – photocopy them instead.
In this way you can avoid sending out incorrect orders and having to check points with
us – both of which cost time and money. Above all, you will avoid stoppages and damages
to your crane caused by fitting the wrong parts.

How to use this catalogue:
This catalogue contains illustrations with accompanying lists of spare parts (called
“ETL”).
The Illustrations show the assembly groups or functional groups of the truck crane.
In the illustrations there are reference numbers pointing to parts which can be
replaced, connection pieces and fixing hardware.
In some illustrations where there are no such numbers you will be referred to another
illustration.
Please note:
– individual parts are not always drawn to the same scale;
– the parts will not always look exactly like the illustrations;
– pipes, hoses and cables will not always run as shown in the illustrations. 1)
In the spare parts catalogue the truck crane is divided into the following main assembly
groups:
– carrier
– superstructure
– boom
– additional equipment.
These main assembly groups are subdivided into main fabrication groups (called
“FHG”). The spare parts for each main assembly group are listed by FHG.
In FHG 000 all assembly groups of the truck crane are listed according to structural
considerations. The spare parts list which goes with FHG 000 is only intended to help to
identify the spare parts catalogue and is not therefore accompanied by illustrations.
In each spare parts list in addition to the reference number you will also find the part ( )
~o. of the particular part or assembly group. This part No. identifies the individual part or
assembly group unambiguously.
