information on the mechanism, service and maintenance of KUBOTA Tractors BX1800
and BX2200. It is divided into two parts, “Mechanism” and “Servicing” for each section.
Mechanism
Information on the construction and function are included. This part should be
understood before proceeding with troubleshooting, disassembling and servicing.
Servicing
Under the heading “General” section comes general precautions, check and
maintenance and special tools. Other section, there are troubleshooting, servicing
specification lists, checking and adjusting, disassembling and assembling, and servicing
which cover procedures, precautions, factory specifications and allowable limits.

The Kubota BX1800 and BX2200 are compact tractors designed for a variety of tasks, including landscaping, gardening, and light agricultural work. They are similar in design, with some differences in horsepower and features.

1. Kubota BX1800:

• The Kubota BX1800 is a compact tractor with a 3-cylinder diesel engine that provides 18 horsepower. It features a hydrostatic transmission with dual-range speed control, allowing the operator to easily adjust speed to match the task at hand. The BX1800 also has a 3-point hitch system that allows for easy attachment of a variety of implements, such as a front-end loader, backhoe, or rotary cutter.
• The tractor has a mid-PTO and rear-PTO that allow for the use of different attachments, such as a mower or tiller. Additionally, the tractor has a hydraulic power steering system that makes it easy to turn and operate. The BX1800 is also equipped with a rollover protection system (ROPS) to keep the operator safe in the event of a rollover.
• Other features of the BX1800 include a comfortable operator’s station with a high-back seat, a large fuel tank that can hold up to 6.6 gallons of diesel, and a sturdy frame and front axle that can withstand heavy use and rough terrain.

2. Kubota BX2200:

• The Kubota BX2200 is similar to the BX1800 in design but features a slightly more powerful 22-horsepower, 3-cylinder diesel engine. Like the BX1800, it has a hydrostatic transmission with dual-range speed control, a 3-point hitch system, and mid-PTO and rear-PTO that allow for the use of different attachments. The BX2200 also has a hydraulic power steering system and a ROPS for operator safety.
• In addition to these features, the BX2200 has a deluxe operator’s station with an adjustable seat, tilt steering, and digital instrument panel. It also has a differential lock that provides better traction in slippery or uneven terrain. The BX2200 has a larger fuel tank than the BX1800, with a capacity of 7.4 gallons.
• Overall, the Kubota BX1800 and BX2200 are reliable and versatile compact tractors that are suitable for a variety of tasks. They are easy to operate, maintain, and maneuver in tight spaces, making them popular choices among landscapers, hobby farmers, and homeowners
