  • Face the machine and use three-point support (two hands + one foot, or two feet + one hand).

• Familiarize yourself with the emergency exit location.

Maintenance & Repair Guidelines

When performing maintenance or repair work, always:

1. Park the machine on firm, level ground.

2. Align the uppercarriage with the undercarriage so sprockets are positioned at the back.

3. Anchor the bucket in the ground.

4. Place all operating levers in neutral and tilt the safety lever up.

5. Switch off the engine and remove the start key.

6. Before touching hydraulic circuits:

   • Operate all pilot control devices (joysticks and pedals) in all directions with the start key in contact position and the safety lever lowered.

   • This reduces actuating and dynamic pressures in the circuits.

   • Release internal tank pressure as described in the operating instructions.

Secure all loose parts on the machine before operation. Never operate without first carrying out a complete inspection and ensuring all warning signs are intact.

Important Restrictions

• For special applications, the machine must be fitted with specific safety equipment.

• Work only if all required safety devices are mounted and functional.

• Do not carry out unauthorized modifications, alterations, or conversions to the machine that may affect safety.

• Repairs or alterations to operator protective structures (cab, FOPS, ROPS, TOPS) are strictly forbidden. Any damaged protective structure must be replaced immediately.
