GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :
• This section lists the safety instructions that must be followed while performing repair work on a lifting platform.
• Any maintenance or repairs other than those detailed in Section 3 – MAINTENANCE of the particular lifting platform’s INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL must only be performed by qualified personnel (see your dealer) and under optimum safety conditions to protect the health both of the operator and any third parties as well as to avoid damaging the lifting platform.
• When the lifting platform’s manufacturer does not directly check the maintenance and repair operations, the operator and the establishment’s manager are responsible for the safety of these operations.

REPLACEMENT PARTS :
• Our lifting platforms must only be serviced using MANITOU original replacement parts. By AUTHORISING THE USE OF
NON-ORIGINAL PARTS, YOU RISK :
– From a legal standpoint, incurring liability in the event of an accident.
– From a technical standpoint, causing operating malfunctions or reducing the lifting platform’s service life.
• The use of counterfeit parts or components not approved by the manufacturer causes loss of the benefits of the
contractual warranty. On the other hand, by using MANITOU original parts in your maintenance operations:
