INTRODUCTION:

This manual was developed to inform you about the correct procedures to ะฌะต adopted during operation, adjustments and maintaining the Planter Spreader ะF 320 / 322 / 326. The models availaะซe ะฐะณะต the MF 320, MF 322 and MF 326 with 20, 22 and 26 lines respectively for planting rice and winter crops (wheat, barley, etc.) with ะฐ metal ะฌะพั (fitted with continuous flow meter), and ัะฐะฟ ะฌะต fitted with fine seed ะฌะพั for pasture, soil coverage, etc … The implement was developed and manufactured to provide maximum yield, economy, versatility, durabllity, and easy operation in ะฐ broad range of working conditions.
- It features ะฐ super reinforced structure that offers great resistance developed for working ะพะฟ irrigated rice crops land. Transmission is done through roller chains and automatic ratchets that ะฐะณะต automatically activated and deactivated through the hydraulic system. High capacity fertilizer and seed reservoirs built in carbon steel and powder painted that ensure autonomy and durabllity. lndependent, articulated wheels, positioned ะพะฟ the side structure, instant activation to ensure contact with the ground and constant transmission movement. Fertilizer distribution ัะฐะฟ ะฌะต done through the drive auger and rotor systems, conventional model transversal meter and Fertisystem model transversal meter.
- For seeds it is done through ะฐ helicoidal channeled rotor adjusted through an indicator. The lift system is formed ะฌั 2 (two) independent hydraulic cylinders designed to operate at ะฐ maximum work pressure of 210 ะฌะฐะณ and ะฐ hydraulic travel of 190mm. Work depth is provided ะฌั adjusting the hydraulic cylinder travel, the three springs mounted ะพะฟ each sowing line and the limiters positioned next to the disk.
- The compactors cover and compact the seeds and ัะฐะฟ ะฌะต: angular, convex ะพะณ in “V”. Among the optional items there is the Line Marker (for model MF 326) and the Longitudinal Transport Set, the hectare meter and the Fine Seed Kit that ensure versatility to the implement.
