This manual was developed to inform you about the correct procedures to Π¬Π΅ adopted during operation, adjustments and maintaining the Planter Spreader ΠF 320 / 322 / 326. The models availaΠ«e Π°Π³Π΅ the MF 320, MF 322 and MF 326 with 20, 22 and 26 lines respectively for planting rice and winter crops (wheat, barley, etc.) with Π° metal Π¬ΠΎΡ (fitted with continuous flow meter), and ΡΠ°ΠΏ Π¬Π΅ fitted with fine seed Π¬ΠΎΡ for pasture, soil coverage, etc … The implement was developed and manufactured to provide maximum yield, economy, versatility, durabllity, and easy operation in Π° broad range of working conditions.
- It features Π° super reinforced structure that offers great resistance developed for working ΠΎΠΏ irrigated rice crops land. Transmission is done through roller chains and automatic ratchets that Π°Π³Π΅ automatically activated and deactivated through the hydraulic system. High capacity fertilizer and seed reservoirs built in carbon steel and powder painted that ensure autonomy and durabllity. lndependent, articulated wheels, positioned ΠΎΠΏ the side structure, instant activation to ensure contact with the ground and constant transmission movement. Fertilizer distribution ΡΠ°ΠΏ Π¬Π΅ done through the drive auger and rotor systems, conventional model transversal meter and Fertisystem model transversal meter.
- For seeds it is done through Π° helicoidal channeled rotor adjusted through an indicator. The lift system is formed Π¬Ρ 2 (two) independent hydraulic cylinders designed to operate at Π° maximum work pressure of 210 Π¬Π°Π³ and Π° hydraulic travel of 190mm. Work depth is provided Π¬Ρ adjusting the hydraulic cylinder travel, the three springs mounted ΠΎΠΏ each sowing line and the limiters positioned next to the disk.
- The compactors cover and compact the seeds and ΡΠ°ΠΏ Π¬Π΅: angular, convex ΠΎΠ³ in “V”. Among the optional items there is the Line Marker (for model MF 326) and the Longitudinal Transport Set, the hectare meter and the Fine Seed Kit that ensure versatility to the implement.
