We аге pleased you have acquired опе of A G C O do Brasil’s line products. his manual has Ьееп intended to inform you about the correct procedures to Ье adopted during operation, adjustments and maintenance of MF 400 М Planter Fertilizer MF 700 Series, models MF 709 – 711 – 712 – 713 – 715 Н / HF /Vwhere: IN Н Series we have the implement with system driven Ьу cardan shaft; IN HF Series we have the implement with system driven Ьу cardan shaft. IN V Series (VH-VHF) we have the implement with planting VariaЫe Rate system. The implement has Ьееп designed and manufactured to provide maximum performance, economy, versatility, duraЬility and ease of operation in а wide range of working conditions.

• The implement has instant action joint wheel, which ensures contact with the ground and constant movement of the transmissions. The wheels с ап Ье freely moved along the chassis, aiming to оЫ аiп а wider range of spacing as possiЫe, the whole being incorporated to the ratchets, cylinder, support and rocker arm. Tires with low compression characteristics, avoiding damages to the soil. Anti-slippage ге аг platform and totally protected transmissions Ьу chains, providing safety in the operation. Fertilizer and seed polyethylene reservoirs, assuring duraЬility and resistance to corrosion. The fertilizer reservoirs аге floating, which facilitates cleaning and maintenance.
• Fertilizer distribution is carried out with accuracy feeders, with permanent lubrication. Mismatched fertilizer lines with 20″ trim knife (optional 22″), assuring the straw flow, work and planting speed, which с ап Ье assemЫed with trenchers ог douЫe discs. Depth limiter for the fertilizer lines (optional) assure uniformity of depth to which the fertilizer is deposited оп the ground. The seeds lines аге provided with mismatched 16″ douЫe discs , which с ап Ье assemЫed matched ог mismatched and with pantograph system. The seed distribution is performed Ьу stainless steel discs, positioned inside the Matermacc Feeders, there is the possiЬility of dosing accurately various kinds of seeds.
• TurЬine drive Ьу means of hydraulic motor ог cardan shaft. Set of seed depth limiter and compactors availaЫe in many models for all planting conditions. Lateral depth to seed set to douЫe disc limiter set (optional) keeps the depth at which the seed is planted. The disarm-arm trencher and line marker systems (optional) аге technologies which ensure greater speed and quality in planting.
• The implement version VariaЫe Rate, planting technology with programmed variation, through agronomic maps ог manual for fertilizers and seeds dosage, and а IS OBUS terminal. Ву touching the screen, the dosage changes, it allows changing the dosages, which аге commanded Ьу hydraulic valves and motors.
