Structure of the manual :

The manual is divided into chapters (chap.) and each chapter into sections (sect.). Page numbering begins with 1 for each chapter with the number of the chap- teritself alongside. Example: 5-7 indicates page 7 of chapter 5. Numbering of the figures also begins with 1 in each chapter with the chapter number alongside.
