• When the battery is connected and the key switch is turned to the on position, power is supplied to the control card through TB4 (Card Connection Termi- nal # 4). The control card will then close the RB con- tactor by pulling PAl (Terminal 1 of Plug A) high and turning on the RB driver.
• EVIOO will not do any thing else until the seat switch closes. As soon as the seat switch closes, the control card checks for battery voltage at’I‘2. If T2 is not at battery positive, the control card will then check the F and R contactors to see if the truck is in neutral. If the truck is not in, neutral, EV100 will not allow either of the direction contactors to close.
• If this occurs, the Con- troller Trip Indicator, on the OK monitor, will light every time the accelerator pedal is pressed. To clear this, move the direction lever to neutral and then back to the desired direction. If T2 is at battery positive, the control card will retest T2. The control card will not allow either of the direc- tion contactors to close if’I‘Z was at battery positive after the retest.
