The battery voltage is supplied to the ignition key S1 and the two diagnostic sockets. After switching on the ignition by S1 and as long as the key is held in that position, the battery voltage flows from +30 to the terminal +15 and: the central unit A100 (CU) is supplied with voltage via the fuse FA.1, the relay K-EHC pulls in, the power relay K10.1 pulls in and supplies voltage to the relay K100 via its contact, in this way, the CU / A100 is supplied as well and starts booting.

• The green LED on the CU flashes, the EHC is supplied with voltage through the fuse 30A. Additionally the EHC is supplied with voltage via the fuse 2A. After the CU has booted, it delivers an Ub-voltage (15b) via two contacts: through X3A: 8 to the components such as display C4, switch pads C5.1, C5.2, C5.3, two joysticks as well as the travel pedal.
• The travel pedal as master unit supplies the two-way pedal (slave) for the positioning cylinder, respectively, for operating the breaker/shears. through X7:5-6 the PCS / A10-box. Additionally the power relay K10.1 is supplied for catch. The catch is maintained alive for apr. 30 sec after engine stop to let the electronics save the data and to power down the system.
