•  The steering orbitrol OSPQ consists of a closed-centre Load-Sensing-based steering unit and incorporated flow amplifier. Proportionally to the steering wheel revolutions and depending on the amplifying factor the oil volume passing for steering to the right, respectively, to the left is metered. The flow amplifier means that oil portion, which runs through the amplifier to get united with the oil portion of the gear set determined by the metering orifice.
• With steering wheel revolutions below 10 rpm the oil amplification is out of operation. With steering wheel revolutions above 10 rpm the oil amplification kicks in, whilst above 20 rpm the oil amplification is fully effective. The amplification factor amounts to 2.5, that means, with steering wheel revolutions above 20 rpm the oil portions passing through the gear set to get into the steering cylinder is 2.5-times higher.
