Lubrication, maintenance and the adjusting make only:
· With trained personnel
· In the terms showed in the lubrication program chart or when checking the technical status.
· In the accordance with the safety, fire, ecological and hygienic standards as written in the Manual for the use of VP 2400 Roller
· After cleaning the machine, lubrication places and maintenance places, repairs
· On the machine stopped on the horizontal stabile flat, secured against spontaneous moves by the parking brake, (scotches)
· When disconnected the electroinstalation using the disconnector and taken the starting key out
· During the operations, put the warning sign on the machine steering wheel :”Machine out of order”.
· on the cooled parts of the machine
· Using the convenient tools in a good shape
· The maintenance and the repairs of the hydrostatic and air delivery system make only according to the valid regulations. Before the maintenance or repair must be the delivery system out of pressure.
· By changing the parts and replacement of new original parts. The manufacturer is not responsible for the damages caused using non-original parts !
· By downgraded visibility and in the night using the sufficient lightning of the whole machine
· By necessary dismounting the shelters and securing elements, when finished the work, mount it back
· By retighten the screw connections – using the tightening moment and check of the connections tight
· After warming the working fills – watch out for the burn ups – use the recommended fills
