Onboard diagnostics
General
Menu structure

• The on-board diagnostics menu is ”/anguageneutral”. Irrespective of the language, the menus and the displays within the menus are always the same! The onboard diagnostics can be called up at any time. Calling up the on-board diagnostics has no effect on the truck functions.
• The display includes a menu from which various pieces of truck information can be called up or adjustments can be carried out.

The following information can be retrieved :

• Software versions of the components.
• Hardware versions of the components.
• Preset maintenance interval.
The following settings can be adjusted :
• Battery type.
• Battery capacity.
• Display brightness.
• Display unit variant (driving speed).
• If the “PIN code” option is available, the customer-
specific “PIN codes” can be changed.
The following information can be called up for
diagnostic purposes:
• Signals from the connected sensors to the
truck central control (FZS).
• Voltage supply for the FZS power outputs.
• Signals from the setpoint and actual-value
potentiometers of steering units ELK LI and
ELK RE.
• Necessary signals from the traction controller
(FS).
• Necessary signals from the brake control BRS
LI and BRS RE.
